GENERAL GUIDELINES

The sign-in sheet will be posted at the front door of the sale location at 7:00 AM on each sale day. A certain amount of customers will be allowed in at a time based on the order of the sign-in sheet.

 

Please be respectful of the property, sales staff, and surrounding neighbors.

 

Park carefully where instructed per sale listing. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. 

 

Staff and cashiers are not responsible for holding unpaid items.

 

Restrooms are NOT available onsite.

 

Management has the right to ask anyone not in accordance with the rules to leave the site immediately.

PRICING/PAYMENT

Prices are set on day 1. Prices are more flexible on days 2/3 (if applicable). Prices will not be given out prior to sale days.

 

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

 

We accept cash, credit, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS

Due to our insurance regulations, we cannot help carry large/heavy items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items.

 

If needed, please bring your own packing and transport materials (bags, boxes, dolly, hand truck, etc.)

 

We are not responsible for any accidents while you are loading your purchases.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

The items we are selling are preowned, used, and second-hand. While we work to do our best to ensure that we describe any flaws, we cannot guarantee the condition of items and are not responsible for defects that are missed / not included in our descriptions.

 

All items are offered as-is. Please check your items thoroughly before you leave with them as no returns are accepted.
